SV Consultancy (Formerly JTN Laos Documents · Since 2005) ("SV Consultancy", "we", "us") provides visa, marriage registration, permanent residency, and document translation services for foreigners in Laos. This policy explains what personal information we collect through laosdocuments.com and our client services, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.
When you submit our contact form, WhatsApp us, call, or email us, we collect the information you provide directly: full name, nationality, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message. If you engage SV Consultancy for a service, we also collect the identity documents and civil records (passports, marriage certificates, police records, and similar) needed to process that specific service.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure website visits and usage. Google Analytics may use cookies and process usage and device information. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security and operation of the website.
Our website contact form is delivered using Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service that forwards your submission to our email address. Web3Forms does not use the data for its own purposes; it acts solely as a delivery mechanism. We do not store contact-form submissions on our own servers beyond our email inbox.
Providing immigration, marriage registration, and residency services in Laos legally requires submitting your documents to the relevant Lao government departments (Department of Foreigner Control, Provincial Police, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and equivalent provincial offices). We share only the documents and information necessary to complete the specific government procedure you have engaged us for, and only with the authority responsible for that procedure.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third party for marketing purposes.
We retain client case files (documents and correspondence) for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your service and to respond to any follow-up government or embassy requests related to it, and general enquiry messages for a limited period afterward. You may ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time, subject to any originals we are required to return to you or to a government authority as part of an ongoing procedure.
