When you submit our contact form, WhatsApp us, call, or email us, we collect the information you provide directly: full name, nationality, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message. If you engage JTN for a service, we also collect the identity documents and civil records (passports, marriage certificates, police records, and similar) needed to process that specific service.

This site does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or cookies to profile visitors. We do not automatically collect browsing behavior beyond standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security purposes.

## How We Use Your Information

## Sharing With Lao Government Authorities

Providing immigration, marriage registration, and residency services in Laos legally requires submitting your documents to the relevant Lao government departments (Department of Foreigner Control, Provincial Police, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and equivalent provincial offices). We share only the documents and information necessary to complete the specific government procedure you have engaged us for, and only with the authority responsible for that procedure.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third party for marketing purposes.

## Data Retention

We retain client case files (documents and correspondence) for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your service and to respond to any follow-up government or embassy requests related to it, and general enquiry messages for a limited period afterward. You may ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time, subject to any originals we are required to return to you or to a government authority as part of an ongoing procedure.
